The Bushwick Starr is an award-winning non profit theater founded in 2001. Since its beginnings it has grown from a fledgling neighborhood arts space to a permanent and vital Brooklyn cultural center, providing a home for emerging and established artists.

In 2024, we executed advisory work related to the purchase of their current location on 419 Eldert Street. This included evaluating purchase alternatives, integrating brokerage team, recommending pricing options, and providing negotiation strategies. The project advanced through connections to financing and funders, resulting in securing significant capital, and expedited the final public assembly permit.
